During my stay, I found the hotel to have decent facilities like a pool and indoor activities. The surroundings were pleasant, but the service really let the experience down, especially with meal orders for our child. The room cleanliness could have been better, and the staff seemed overwhelmed with requests, which was disappointing. Overall, it was an average experience, not ideal for a relaxing getaway.
